Ryan Brown is a Licensed Real Estate Broker who serves as the broker-owner of record for Interstate Home Properties. He decided to become a licensed real estate salesperson in 2014. After spending a few years with two other brokerages, he ventured out independently.

Ryan attended P.S. 69 Elementary School & I.S.72 Intermediate School in New Springville, Wagner High School in Manor Heights & The College of Staten Island in Willowbrook, all located in Staten Island. After much consideration, he applied for graduate school and successfully entered the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch in Manhattan.

He is a big Foodie, traveler & beachgoer, which finds him in New Jersey all of the time. Whether it is Rancho Matteo in Elizabeth for some good Colombian food, Steak House 5 for a lavish steak meal in New Brunswick, Huntley Tavern for an upscale cocktail or incredible meal in Summit, Burger Bound in the Ironbound section of Newark for one of the best burgers around, Sergio & Co in Denville for some incredible Italian classics, Topps Diner in Harrison for some great comfort food, The Brass Rail for Prime Rib Night, Local Smoke BBQ in the beautiful town of Red Bank, he will travel.

New Jersey has some of the most beautiful beaches in the Northeast. They are lined with bars, restaurants, clubs, and families' activities to enjoy.

Ryan helped us with our sale and purchase of our new home. He explained things and kept in touch through calls/emails/text messages.
