Atlantic City, New Jersey

atlantic city homes to buy
ATLANTIC CITY...AC was originally established as a health resort in the early 1800s.  Over the years, it has gone through many transformations.  Whether you live in the North East or fly in from out of town (yes, they have an international airport), AC is always a good time.  Besides gambling, there are many wonderful restaurants and bars, eateries, an outlet mall, a boardwalk, shows & concerts, as well as numerous other attractions that are available!
Maybe you were considering a rental property or maybe an inexpensive property in the heart of Atlantic City!?!  2715 Boardwalk, Apt 917 at the Ritz could be the one for you.  Asking 100k, this unit features low taxes at $2300 a year, an HOA of $401 a month, which includes electricity, heat, hot water, an indoor heated pool, state of an art gym, a library, views of the Atlantic Ocean and convenience when living in Atlantic City.  At least 1/2 of the apartments in this building are being rented out.

And places you need to try when in Atlantic City...

GilChrist Restaurant - Some of the best breakfasts I have ever had with views of the inlet.
Docks Oyster House - Docks have been around for almost 100 years and offer incredible seafood and cocktails.  Make sure you get a reservation.
Chef Volas - So Chef Vola's I have yet to try as it is very difficult to get in there during the Spring and Summer months.  One day I will be sure to get in!  If you have a connection, pass it this way!!!!
White House Sub Shop - In the mood for a sandwich?  Whitehouse Subs are monstrous and appetizing.  They have been around for almost 80 years!
Izakaya - Izakaya is Japanese food at its finest.  It is located in the Borgata Hotel.  The food and drink are phenomenal.
American Bar and Grill - Another good one in The Borgata is the American Bar & Grill.  Good drinks, good food!
Knife & Fork Inn - I have been to Knife & Fork Inn quite a few times.  Great steaks, seafood, and other traditional American plates.  Their wine and liquor selection will also not disappoint!

Red Bank, New Jersey

redbank
Where do I start with Red Bank? Beautiful homes, good school systems, trendy restaurants and bars, and a charming downtown along the Navesink.  Red Bank even has a transit hub with its train station.  From Condos and townhouses on the waterfront to charming single families to two families, Red Bank is a beautiful town to consider moving to or even investing in.
Some places that you need to try:
And if you're looking for a nice weekend getaway, check out THE MOLLY PITCHER INN Molly Pitcher They have a pool that overlooks the NAVESINK, good cocktails, and reasonable prices.

Point Pleasant, New Jersey

Point Pleasant Beach NJ
If you're from New Jersey, Philly, or the 5 Boroughs of NYC, you may have been to PPB or know about it.  It is a charming shore town that is highly popular among locals and non-locals.  I have been here numerous times, showing properties, enjoying my free time at the beach, going to Jenkinson's, enjoying the boardwalk, and enjoying the many fantastic restaurants & bars that they have to offer.
One of my absolute favorite places to eat is JOE LEONES.  It is a local Italian Deli that sells fresh everything, hot food, deli cold cuts, freshly made sandwiches, cookies and bread, Italian specialty drinks and foods...
My favorite sandwich to get from here is the Chicken Cutlet w/ Fresh MOOOOOOOZZZZZZZZ, tomato, lettuce, roasted red peppers, balsamic glaze & grilled vegetables on Semolina with Sesame seeds.  Make sure you also pick up the chocolate sandwich cookies!  And in case you need fine wines or good libations, the Wine Outlet is right across the parking from Joe Leone's!
